Annayalu, Guntur lo oka foreclosure property undhi for 65lakhs, market value oka 1 crore untundhanta,...

 

dad will pay oka 25 lakhs and to the auction. if we get the deal will apply for bank loan...

 

dad oka 25lakhs pay chestha antunnaru,...and rest I have to pay through loan...

 

 

but back of my mind ekkado oka china doubt, ee USA lo eppudu em avutundho cheppalem,.....30lakhs ki loan avasaramaa,..kattagalanaa ani..

 

 

 

need experts advise
