H1B Premium Ki Reasons Cheppandi

Hi,

 

Na h1b(I-94) expired in February. Extension eppudo last year october lo applied. It's still in processing stages. 

Asked employer(full-time) to convert to premium but they are not interested in doing that and asked me to wait for regular processing update.

 

I tried applying new driving license for my wife. But valid I-94 undali anta Mass. RMV lo.

Ya idi correct e ... but nenu anedi..wife ki immediate ga ippudu driving license apply cheyalante...DMV vadu lite aantunnadu..U need to have valid I-94 or H4 Approval notice antunnadu.... I just got extension receipt for her.. It is now taking more than 10 months for extension approval.

ohh in that case, there is no reason how you can compel your employer to make ur case premium

 

HR venaka padi savagottu, i  may have to travel to india, edo oka emergency reason kalpinchu, they might reconsider and make the case premium

 

or edo 240 day rule chebthunnaru gaaa , see if that is true, try to see that can be used to make ur case with HR

Contact your local senator. As a tax payor you can email and take his help. Senator uscis ki email chesthe ventane vachestundi nee h1 approval. Donga na kodkulu uscis vallu. 3 months h1 process ni 10 months chestara regular process lo wtf
