only R kastam bhayya...statistics + machine learning + experience in distributed environment(either in hadoop or spark)..But requirements lo they are asking atleast one programming language(either python or Scala).

 

Happy news is Java is outdated in Analytics World.Nobody is preferring Java now..I mean all the existing applications will eventually move into scala or with python.

So if u r preferring to learn map-reduce..try in Python or learn Spark(either in Scala or Python)

 

And also important thing is visualization(ggplot2,tableau or qlikview)
