posaanisam Posted March 17, 2016 Report Share Posted March 17, 2016 212 నిబంధన ప్రకారం శాసనసభ వ్యవహారాలు, నిర్ణయాల్లో కోర్టులకు జోక్యం చేసుకునే అధికారంలేదు.రోజా కేసులో డివిజన్‌ బెంచ్‌ తీర్పు వచ్చే వరకు సింగిల్‌ బెంచ్‌ తీర్పును అమలు చేసే అధికారం లేదని అసెంబ్లీ వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. posaanisam Posted March 17, 2016 Report Share Posted March 17, 2016 అసెంబ్లీలో రోజా ప్రవర్తనను సమర్థించడం లేదని కోర్టు వ్యాఖ్యానించింది. సెక్షన్ 340(2) ప్రకారం ఒక సెషన్‌కు మాత్రమే సస్పెండ్ చేసే అధికారం ఉంటుందని తెలిపింది. సస్పెన్షన్‌పై ఎలాంటి నిర్ణయమైనా తీసుకునే అధికారం అసెంబ్లీ ప్రివిలేజ్ కమిటీకి ఉంటుందని హైకోర్టు స్పష్టం చేసింది.
