Andaru healthy ga undataniki tips..

 

Daily Routine:

 

1) Bananas - 1 in morning after brush(empty stomach) and one in evening before workout.

2) Black Berries - handful in the morning after brush(empty stomach)

3) Egg Whites (in the morning atleast 4 egg whites)

4) Breakfast - Heavy ga tinandi

5) Lunch - Eat only Protein food (like chicken breast, Salmon fillet)

6) Evening - before workout juice taagandi (not ready made, make fresh apple juice)

7) After workout, Eat chicken breast with some salad dressing..

8) 250 ml Milk before sleep.

 

Sleep for atleast 8 hrs. Do Chex three times a week which keeps your calories away...
