next best seems to be Southlake area including flower mound, colleyville. Plano, frisco almost all areas are highly rated too

SouthLake lo Million dollar houses. Area too good. All thella people. Very nice place to live and raise kids. School district kuda very good.

The whole community Indians untaru(except for West Facing or bad vaasthu). East facing houses lane choosthe mottham line ga manavalle i.e.., inti pakka desis ae. 

 

Kids will grow up with desis.

yes. Flower Mound is good too. Maa managers/Team mates kuda akkade. 

 

Frisco.... I would not recommend. Frisco ki drive cheyyadam  5- 7 PM narakam. Dallas Pkwy oka parking lot. Max speed 10 mph during these hours. 

 

Houses manchiga untayi akkada. That's a plus point. Also, because it's like a new city. Akkada new stadiums, companies, shopping malls ki chance undhi(unlike Flower Mound). 

 

Frisco kuda manchi option ae. but what u r looking for is important(like budget, school disctrict, commute, demographics, etc)

 

Global Warming valla temperatures can only go high. Moving to an already hot place will be a thing to consider)
