Chanti_Abbai Posted March 17, 2016 Report Share Posted March 17, 2016 YSRCP MLA Roja who is suspended for one year from the AP Assembly has got a relief from the court as High Court revoked her suspension. But TDP Government has decided not to enter Roja in to the Assembly sticking to its decision and the security is also beefed up in the Assembly premises. posaanisam Posted March 17, 2016 Report Share Posted March 17, 2016 212 నిబంధన ప్రకారం శాసనసభ వ్యవహారాలు, నిర్ణయాల్లో కోర్టులకు జోక్యం చేసుకునే అధికారంలేదు.రోజా కేసులో డివిజన్‌ బెంచ్‌ తీర్పు వచ్చే వరకు సింగిల్‌ బెంచ్‌ తీర్పును అమలు చేసే అధికారం లేదని అసెంబ్లీ వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. posaanisam Posted March 17, 2016 Report Share Posted March 17, 2016 అసెంబ్లీలో రోజా ప్రవర్తనను సమర్థించడం లేదని కోర్టు వ్యాఖ్యానించింది. సెక్షన్ 340(2) ప్రకారం ఒక సెషన్‌కు మాత్రమే సస్పెండ్ చేసే అధికారం ఉంటుందని తెలిపింది. సస్పెన్షన్‌పై ఎలాంటి నిర్ణయమైనా తీసుకునే అధికారం అసెంబ్లీ ప్రివిలేజ్ కమిటీకి ఉంటుందని హైకోర్టు స్పష్టం చేసింది.
