Dude, I have one suggestion if you want to think outside the box. This is just my idea. Some DB people think they are providing the great suggestions but they do not realize how limited their knowledge and thinking is.

 

Why are you so worried to send her to MS for the courses that are not going to help anyway for the job afterwords? Find good univ that provides graduate certificates on topics like BI, Data Science, Big data, Analytics. These are much helpful for the job afterwords than all the MS courses combined. These certificates can be done online and are offered even online by reputed Univ like UCB, Duke, Harvard. Send her to also some local Univ english language Institute for communication improvement. All these can be done with half the MS cost. Finally, enroll her in the officially company provided Software training of tools like Tableau, SAS or Hadoop. Meantime, you can get H4 EAD.

 

Isn't this much easier than worrying everyday on MS course work. You control the courses, knowledge and Fee. Very practical, eh..
