Both grips under arm narrow & over head grip kuda .

First I used bands for second set now all good

ohh elanntii push ups aaa nenuu inkaedooo anukunaa.. on serious note I use chair as support but still cant get it...

Early morning routine: 

 

60 pushups(one single set)

15 pullups(overhand grip and more than shoulder width apart)

30 burpees

5 minutes of mountain climbers with resistance bands

Handstand for 3 minutes

 

Evening routine: 

 

8 mile bike ride

Or 3 mile run

Or best case, 2 hours of tennis

1 st rep - 35 real time push ups., 

 

2nd rep - 30

 

3rd rep - 30

 

daily 100 push ups all together, right there will do crunches 100, lower abs upper abs..with sets 30, 30, 40
