Evarina last year file chesi inka RFE processing lo unnara.

 

 

Maa Brother ki 2015 lo file chessam, RFE padindi.  Still No Response. 

 

On August 28, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number ***************. Our Vermont Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.

R u Kidding bhayya...or seriously there will be any chance ?

 

Only Sponsoring employer can call USCIS and check the status..

Ask them to upgrade to premium processing - better option at this point..

Regular processing lo chessam....7 months  RFE lo ne undi....Ippudu premium chepiddam antunadu.

 

Is there any chance if we do Premium now.

check with the employer, service request ani edo untadi process... their lawyer can do it...
