How come man. Online process lo EC clear unnaka ela double registrations avutunnay. EC up to date di ante registration cheyinche roju varaku just 1 day before registration chudali online lo.

 

naku telisindi, ec certificate lo check chesedi by mandal or something. if you register in separate mandals, ec certificate is valid 4 that mandalam, but duplicate registration

pretty sure not. "The encumbrance certificate is provided from the sub-registrar’s office where the particular property is registered". so, multiple sub-registrars daggara register aithe, u are screwed. ala jaragadu, ante, good luck getting this validated by court. EC is good, it's final anukokunte pappulo kalu vesinatte

I have purchased a land in hayathnagar..15000/yard konna oka 6 years back ala..Road side facing...ippudu 20k-22k nadusthundi..Very bad investment ani cheppochu..

 

Ghatkesar gurinchi no idea, Wgl inka via Bhongir bagane booming..Akkada chudu
