The other party's insurance company will take care of everything. You should involve your insurance company only when you cannot prove that it is the other party's fault. That other party's insurer will contact you to setup an appointment with one of their agents. They will assess the damage and give a report with approximate repair costs to you. You can take that report to a body shop and get the repairs done. If it is their approved body shop, they will send the check directly to them. You can directly talk to the other insurer and get a claim number from them. Dont involve your insurance. If you had already talked to your insurer, ask them to stop the process. Mana mistake lekapothe penchadu. So dont worry.. A 500 matram mana insurance vadu anni clear chesaka reimbuse chestadu .
