The International Aviation Show became a flop which concluded at Begumpet airport in Hyderabad. The show ended in three days which was supposed to be five days. Even, the aviation show lost its sheen as some of the aircrafts of international companies have left by second day evening. Visitors were disappointed as only few aircrafts were present to watch in the show.

Dassault, Agusta Westland, Bell Helicopters, Russian Helicopters, and Airbus Helicopters participated in the show. Civil Aviation Secretary R.N. Choubey said investments totalling US $ 12.1 billion was expected , with US $ 9.3 billion coming from the private sector for construction of new airports, expansion and modernisation of existing airports, etc. .
