Pake Resume, Froxy Calls, Job Market Down...

From Past few days I have seen lot of posts in DB saying job market is down, and I have experienced my self in job market though I have EH 1B vendors not taking the resume to client and not getting calls.

 

So, I tried to research and found these un-believable posts and articles in Linkd In saying that how they need to filter pake resumes, and froxy calls.

 

Pake resumes tho, froxy calls tho job ochey rojulu poyayi it's getting hard out there ...
