Randstad will start gc process on 1st day of employment and if you have all paper work in place ( collecting experience letters from previous employers takes more time usually) then your 1
40 will be applied within 1 year to 14 months. And we need to pay for i140. If we pay for premium they do premium. It's a good company with benefits.. Just like a full time job with a client. If you are full time with a client, he may fire you without notice. So Verdi degara FT unte they will keep u in bench for 30 days. Meanwhile in these 30 days you should have a desi employer as backup. In case you find a contract yourself, you can jump to desi vendor.or in worst case if you or Randstand don't find a job until 20 days, start h1 transfer process with desi vendor nd be safe. Am a randstad employee since 2 years and my 140 was approved in 15 months. Good luck.

As you working there, eppudaina bench lo unnara? any of your friends, Marketing ela untadi. 30 days lo vaadi ki clients baane unnara? i am in to multiple skillset i can take 4-5 different skillset projects as i am in to infra support, atleast hope ayna untada ..any ways we will have backup.. kaani chances ela untai bench time lo...
