1. Before Rice Half boil cook chesey mundhu oka 2 hrs water lo sink chesi pettu : This will make basmati rice long and tasty.
 
2. Vedu ee video lo Bagona, adey big big vessels unayi ga avi manaki dorkav dorkina cheyalemu
 
   so, Aluminium tray tisko dani inside surface ki butter rub cheyi, marinated chicken pettu layers vari ga half boiled rice pettu every layer ki fried onions veyyi and payina aluminium foil tho tight wrap cheyyi.
 
3. wrap chesina tray ni oven lo 450 F lo 1 hr 30 min pettu then take out and  check the mukka if not cooked put it for 10 -15 min.
 
4. Rice half boil chesey apudu light ga water lo cinnamon sticks, jajikayya, javetri, starz, black cardamom vesavu antey inka taste osthadhi.
 
5. Banne - Nawabs chicken dum biryani or Shaan chicken biryani masala vadu.
 
That's it your biryani will be done ...

Kontha mandhi vestharu..koncham diff flavour kosam..manaku teliyadhu but it taste awesome..
