It didn't ask me anything bcoz I selected "employer offered me a very expensive insurance, " thats the reason why I didn't enroll. 

 

thats not an excuse for u to skip paying the penalty..... ur emp will be asked for explanation and supporting documentation... u need to submit proof that u have some form of insurance else get ready to face the penalty....
