I'm almost 12kgs under weight now , pant size kuda 32 nunchi 30 ki ochindi , because of all the cardio :giggle:

Kick boxing start Chesi proper ga tone up chedham Ani plan , I've seen one of my friends do it , it looks really good ..

How's your training going on ?
