Tax Filing Help

Planning to file my taxes but my stay in US last year is just 45 days.. Filing through turbo tax better option? Resident/ Non resident ani all new topics for me..  Should I be cautious at any step while filling in some details?

Just 45 days ante u won't meet the substantial presence test. So think u will be considered as non resident for tax purposes. In that case u can't file using turbotax.

I am not sure bhayya about y it's not asking. But whole year lo only 45 days ante u will be a non resident for tax purposes. Speak with some tax experts
