July 21 - final court trial
7 months suspension and 6 months interlock device
Suspension complete and IDRC classes /evaluation also complete. Currently on restricted interlock device license.

Please note: no finger prints were taken. In NJ a dui is considered a major motor vehicle violation.

Planning to travel to india in April for h1b renewal during interlock device period.

i am aware that consulate will ask me to go for blood test but apart from that will there be any potential risk?

do you think if i finish my interlock device period and go it will be risk free? will there be any supporting documents given once after i finish the interlock period? again i am in New Jersey here dui is managed by DMV i am not sure whther we get such case disclosing documents.

Never lie, you will have to check the box when you go for stamping

Finishing interlock time doesn't make a difference. Finish alcohol dedication class and carry that certificate or record of completion
