Regular work out, like daily threadmill lo 2 miles for atleast 5-6 days/week

Myaan..first thing..nu nee body ki activity alaavtu chei..core cheyala odhu aah secondary..

 

cardio ayina parledu (thread mill, elliptical , jump rope ) neeku edi comfortable aithe adi chei..

 

so activity  ki body ni alavaatu chese phase lo don't drink

 

weights toh abdomen exercises chaala effective pani chestaai..

 

core exercises are really important if u hhave to reduce belly fat..

 

diet plays an equally important role..

 

fiber rich foods ekuva teesko,..proteins come next..( rather than relying on protein powders..raagi java, senagalu lantivi tinnu )

 

nduk antey sagam protein powders lo fillers add chestaaru...they just make u  fat or do harm to your body..( ani kaadu konni )
