I am planning to move from a Non-IT job to IT job. i basically dont have any IT background so far. I need some suggestions on which technology will be better and i am also looking for a long term sustainability.

 

So far from my research i found big data, devops engineer will be good in future.

did you try to get a job in your respective field? Outside market conditions are bit unpredictable for "you know who" canddiates, hadoop and devops have good prospects, my suggestion go for anything involving development not support staff.
