Thread mill meeda run (1 hour chesina 15 mins later normal gane untundi I mean no leg pains)
Outside run(2 miles run cheste legs pain)
So much difference anipistundi naku , everybody feel same?

 Hi dimpy try ..high interval intensity training...

 

hiit ante few minutes mee highest pace lo run chestaaru, appudu me heart rate high veltundi...malaa next few minutes normal testaaru..

 

so me body fat burning zone lo u will be walking running and sprinting..

 

appudu neeku chaal effective ga telustundi difference..

 

pains oste meeru chestundi correct ani kaadu..

inclination ekuva peditey knees meeda pressure padtundi...long run lo toraaga knees arigipotaai..

 

u should not  walk on inclination for a long time ..

 

calories burn aithaai, but thats not enough,

ni mokalalo, thodallo, pikallo  lo ballam vundali.... adhe lekundha if u try  hard it will hurt u legs...

 

first leg exercise chesi kodiga kovvu taginchi, kandha penchu....

 

naku kudha same problem......... fixed now......
