Inclination Just 1 pedithe its equal to outside running on a flat surface according to research(but temperature and flat surface ivani difference vasthai).... But tread mill is boring. So to overcome that I usually go out and run after every 3-4 sessions of tread mill running. Many people say eleptical and cardio is burn more calories but i tested those with a external device and it differs somuch. So don't believe whats shown on those devices. Just don't count calories, train urself on number of laps or time. But among all cardio, running is the most effective if you don't consider the long time effect on your knee caps. thread mill kanna cardio works better try it..you burn more calories and u involve all your muscles..

cardio 20 mins lo 200 cal burn chesta but distance 1.8 or 1.9 miles .

High dimpy check your bmi index..of it's high..just try to control diet and just jog.

If it is normal..continue running outside..fresh air lo ekkuva motivate avuthamu
