Help: In-Ear Headphones/bluetooth Headset

Hi Guys, Need a suggestion.

 

I work from Home and be on calls for around 6 hours a day.

I use apple Iphone and the In-Ear headphones that comes with the iphone for attending meetings.

These Apple In-Ear headphones are not comfortable for long meetings. 

 

Can you recommend a good in-Ear headphones/bluetooth headset compatible with apple iphone. Thanks.
