vendo-r change ithe....while eeh1b extension is in process ....em cheyyali...

current client will extend my project contract .....

but from vendor 'X' changing to vendor 'Y'

applied eeh1b extension with venodr 'X' only.... but soon changing to vendor 'Y'....client same for both vendors...

My question:


While my eeh1 b extension is in process...with vendor 'X' ....can i change to vendor 'Y' ...client being the same ??

RFE padithe.. Response  lo MSA agreement with new vendor ivvali and client should issue another client letter with new Vendor name
