moving to new place ...need some information pls

Hi

We are moving from boston < stayed here for 2 yrs> to Portland < Beaverton> , Oregan . My husband worked in florida, chicago and minnesota when he was a batchelor . Its an internal shift and he has many offers from most of the places.
I would like to know whether portland is good and are there telugu families over there?? Is it a safe place ?

Very good place ... I stayed there in Beaverton about 12 miles from Portland .....
lot of indians ..... close to seattle abt 150 miles........ u can go to canada vancouver as well from there .........

one of the sexiest place in us i stayed for 1 yr in portland ...
and beaverton is  just 15 miles from portland entirely ocupied by indians ...
nice place most of the time it rains there ..
