Opt to H1b tax filing

Bhayyas  , nenu  2015 October  nunchi H1 ki maranu . So ee tax filing ela cheyyali .Should I file 1040 NR EZ form just like in OPT.Eddaru tax consultants  ki phone chesthe  okkakaru okkolaga chepparu .Oka vela  1040 NR EZ  form file chesthe ,aa US -India  tax treaty kinda  6200  Itemized deduction  cheyyachha ..Please share your  previous experiences.

Yes 1040NREZ or 1040NR can be filed as u don't meet the substantial presence test. I think u can use the SD 6300.
