The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) has published their first rankings of national universities on Monday. The NIRF is a survey of India’s educational institutions commissioned by Union HRD ministry.The parameters for the ranking include teaching, learning and resources, research and professional practices, graduation outcomes, outreach and inclusivity and perception.
