9ine consulting / Technology Resource Group

My Vendor not releasing my pay. 

My empployer went to 9 consulting / Technology Resource Group address listed in the website /MSA today and found out they don't have an office there. its a single address , registered by 68 company's being operated from Uttar Pradesh, India, with single employee to all the firms here  and no one from 9 consulting works there, there is not even a single desk here.  Now our employee is on the way to New York to validate the Technology resource group address in New York and we are going to check their sister company's Tree Aug , CRG-Resource offices in Naperville, IL and Santa Clara, CA.

they Owe my employer over 75K, from Sep 2015 till date just on one consultant. We escalated the issue to TCS, Almost 10 Employees of TCS from HR's to regional managers were on the call to resolve the issue, when we tried to reach this company, they promised to pay on certain dates and they haven' t paid to single invoice and not responding to any Phones / Emails . 

 

Looking at the company , we strongly feel this is a Fraud company,  have high chances of going bankrupt, that is the reason they are intentionally holding payments.
