they mostly go for bariatric (gastric bypass surgery..they will remove ghrelin hormone and tie the stomach)...potta ni chinna ga tie chesi they will remove the  ghrelin hormone (aakalini taggistundi)...then he must have opted for lipo after losing some wt.
