There's nothing wrong with it. They are submitting applications. It's upto USCIS whether to issue or how to issue.

Obviously some of those applications are over-hyped and full of false information but the same thing happens with MS grads without any experience or who never got an employment offer while in college. These MS grads file multiple petitions and work with a fake resume.

These guys have no right to blame others. The ultimate consequence is Indians are ****ed up! Someday, US may stop issuing Visas to Indians altogether. US mostly looks for diversity. We are in an illusion that without us Indians, US is nothing. But the fact is that we mostly take up B grade work while the A level work is taken up by the actual intellectuals. We don't invent but use what's being invented.
