e year H1B file chesirru... Regular Processing lo so inka result raaledhu....

Ippudu company lo maa branch shut down suchanalu kanipisthunnayi worst case lo..... naaku rendu options undachu....

 

option 1 : udyogam poyi road meedha padachu appudu naa H1B processing ki emi ayyiddi.....

option 2 : verey branch ki pampinchachu appudu naa H1B processing ela velthundi....

 

Naaku unna options lo solutions cheppandi brothers plzzzz....

Option 1 eithe....then once h1b is picked and approved, start transfer process with a Desi Consultancy firm.

Option 2 eithe...if that branch is in same location and your role is same, then nothing to be done, just wait for h1b to be picked in the lottery and get approved, if location changes out of the MSA (example from Boston to New York), then file amendment after H1b is picked and approved.

Thanks bhayya for the reply.... Chance is that maa vodu NH to MA ki move cheyyachu or NH to CA or OR ki kuda move cheyyachu.... So aa rendu cases ki kuda option 2 prakaram ammendment if H1b is picked uh maayya?
