Can not have chex - Impotent 
Has chex within marriage - Marital Rape 
Has chex outside marriage - Cruelty
Demands chex - Domestic Violence

MAN/HE = CRIMINAL by LAW

WOMAN/SHE

Can not have chex - Her Choice
Forces chex within marriage - Her Choice 
Has chex outside marriage - Her Choice
Demands chex - Her Choice

WOMAN/SHE = Innocent by LAW
