chi town POE a bit difficult looks like.. but it all depends on case by case.. I was told by some american Attorney - Each every immigrant will be classified in to categories ..for example when you enter first time with some stupid university , your case will be given some attention like that.. not sure if it true . but that attorney was ex POE officer..

This Feb i went to Canada for my stamping - i am on my 7th year H1B - No one questions asked.. Infact POE officer gave a surprise look at me after looking at my history in his computer..not sure why..

 

To your point i been to india in 2013 - purposefully i avoided chi town entry - and came through Motown airport ( Detr ) .. my colleague was sent back that month, he had to change his company file for new H1, had to go stamping again.... 

This is my 2cents .. hope this helps some one....

janalaki ante kopam vosthundi gani ee sodi antha enduku vaa.. why dont you ask him regular pay with out bonus and lunch pay. how many of full time employees get bonus every 2 or 3 months.. lunch pays..?? maree antha VP batch laga tesi 10ngutunnav asalu..

If it is biweekly ask 80 hours.. monthly aithey enni hours vunte anni .. Per dM ki limit vuntadi.. plus bills anni chupinchali. asalu are you eligable per dm ?
