Yes, that is right, for selling you need a GPO, but buying you don't need a Power Of Attorney, And   section 32-A Finger print photo form  is enough.

Any how somebody from our side, may be your parents/brother/relatives will present at the time of registration so you are good.

Currently i am purchasing a flat in IND. I followed the same procedure.. sent   section 32-A Finger print photo form duly filled. and GPO for Bank Loan purpose.

parents name meeda ayithe that is so easy right, they are in india so they need any one ID proof like passport. voter id or aadhar card lanti photo ID  and PAN card  anthe. cash check elago seller ki pay chesestaru vallu.
