Yeah I think I know what you are referring to. 

Appudappudu bhayam vesthundi non desi restaurant ki povalantey, manollu tip ivvaru ani munde nannu choosi decide chesesi food lo ummi testharemo ani. Hopefully that's not the case with most people.

I know. MS non MS ani kaadu I have seen this behavior from a lot of desis. Very cheap and unfortunate. Kottaga vachina vallani nenemi ananu because the tipping culture may not exist in India and so they might not be aware of it. Ikkada 10 years undi kooda ala unnaru le kontha mandi vallaki cheppali etiquette konchem.
