Need help in deciding FT

I work as contractor for $80 now with Prime Vendor. Client offered FT with120K + benefits in Madison, Wisconsin

Is it worth taking but I dont like snow  

Came here with MNC H1 and worked as contractor for 1yr.

Just take it..Contracting is no glory anymore..coming days getting FT job will be hard and no one will sponsor GC. There are plenty of kids out there to work for nothing
