@tom bhayya nuvvu cheppindi wrong anukunta.......

PD is always ours unless I-140 is revoked by USCIS under fraud.

Old Employer  gaadu 140 revoke chesina.....we can use that for PD porting

Only for revoked petition with Fraud or error not employer withdrawn petitions i believe, consult your employer's attorneys in this regard. And as per the USCIS Memo (Q&A Section III)http://www.uscis.gov...intrm122705.pdf It looks like the approved I140 is enough to get 3 year extension, it does'nt really matter if it has been withdrawn or revoked apart from Fraud or Error.

That's right. At the time transfer + extension is filed I 140 shall be active. Later if it's revoked doesn't impact your new H1B but for further extensions you will require labor pending for more than 365 days or Approved I140 from New employer.

ee kotha I-140 rule vastundi kada........

adi finalize aithe I-140 cannot be revoked by employer after 6 months anamata.

That means we can use that approved I-140 for numerous times of H1 extensions.
