Giving land to builder for apartment complex

@nandananditha - 65-35 ante chala kastam ,builders oppukoru ani vinna,usually 50-50, The land is in vijayawada prime area,builder will be making a lot by selling his share of flats,do you have negotiation experience?on what basis you mentioned 65-35?

147.5  feet by 147.5 feet feet plot avuddhi adhi considering its a perfectly square plot

leave atleast 10-15 feet on all sides and then come columns so effective max floor space per floor even counting wall space will be 18000 sqft

leave 3000 sq ft per floor for common areas, stairs, elevators, ventilation etc

at max 8 flats per floor or atleast 6 luxury flats times the number of floors, leaving ground floor for parking

the ans really depends on how mant sq ft each apt has ani..i can build a 100 sq ft apt and add a luxury tag to it..@3$%

Builder shared Flats ammetappudu seller will be builder and land owner right since UDS land owner kindike vastadi
