April 1st week lo project end ayyindi, Client ki prime vendor ki edo issues valla sudden ga contract terminate chesaru.. Appati nunchi veta start chesthey monna may 2nd week job confirm ayyindi...

 

i have 10 years of exp in Java/J2EE. market aithey bane vundi , kani so many layers valla client daka resume vellatam ledu. Lot of people asked me to add so many stuff whichi dont know. Nenu firm ga no cheppa..

 

April 3rd week nunchi prime vendors ni nene approach ayya.. and many of them asked me linkedin profile and then asked to write the online exam.

 

After they submitted my profiles to clients.. Intial ga marketing appudu 60 minchi raledu.. prime vendors ni approach ayyaka, most of them submitted me for 70.

 

Dice/Techfetch time ayipoindhi.. try approach people by linkedin and max recommendations in linkedin vundela chusukondi..

 

interview time, skype kakunda.. they asked me to join in cisco meetings and vatini record chesaru.. during the interview they asked me to write a application end to end with restful service.. after that face to face interview and most of the questions are real project scenarios..

Couple of prime vendors reached via linkedin for fulltime, Kontha mandi prime vendors names mana freinds dwara telusukunna like Judge group for Verizion, Stone resource of ATT , IDR for state projects.. and submitted my profile along with linkedin id. LinkedId submit cheyyatam valla.. they showed interest. That helped me more.

Oka position in Phoenix for AMEX ki maa employer gadu 54$ ki submit chesadu.. nenu kooda sarle chuddam annatu okay anna.. daniki 3 vendor rounds chesi.. client ki submit chese mundu evado manager partner anta he called me in skype.. As usual ga desi galla style vadiki vacchindhi chupinchali anna tapathrayam tho deep ga velladu.. after 20 mins, i got frustrated and job meedha interest poyindhi.. ilanti manager kindha pani cheyyatam waste ani decide ayyi.. Since ur master, i have a queston on this topic ani spring security meedha oka tough question adiga. you are not supposed to ask me annadu.. nenu already decide avvatam valla.. nuvvu adigina questions ki 65$ isthey cheptha.. 54$ ki intha depth knowledge avasaram ledu..
