Started walk now.. Using phulka app Steps in iPhone

Sure. I fixed target first at 5000 then increased to 500(5500). Now again increased to 7000. We can easily walk 10000 steps. It's not good to sit long hrs. Unexpected rogal vastunnayi andariki... Better to be fit when we are young(monnane 29 nindi 30 ki padindi)

my friend is daily reaching target 30000. He goes treckking daily morning and evening to nearest mountain here... And during office hrs he makes 10000 easily. ?

So 10000 is decent mountains manavalla kaadu. ?

Hmmm...ee 30000 steps ki badulu..oka 30 mins weight training with proper form chesukuntey...u will look better

Ledu bro every body is different. I used to burn ~175 calories daily on tredmill not even one step up or down on cholesterol reading

i'm confirtable walking and I njoy

Bro ippudu nuvvi single anukunta..intiki vellaka u have lots of free time..u can spend 2 hours wlaking everyday...u have time on ur hands..what i am saying is let the body burn the fat for you..by building muscle...
