I fixed target first at 5000 then increased to 500(5500). Now again increased to 7000. We can easily walk 10000 steps. It's not good to sit long hrs. Unexpected rogal vastunnayi andariki... Better to be fit when we are young(monnane 29 nindi 30 ki padindi) my friend is daily reaching target 30000. He goes treckking daily morning and evening to nearest mountain here...
