Interest rates currently low unnai..compared to last year..konukkovali ani nuvvu decide ayithe ade right time..!!

curretnly a area lo price is around 1.01M,  but vadu retired navy officer ammestunna, moving to other state ani sale ki pettad.

5 bedroom 3 bath. Both front and backyard.

monthly EMI 3800$ something aitundi ani zillow lo chupinchad.

no second income...so lite teskunna..but illu baga nachindi.

recession lo least price that area hit was 750K..dani below pole.
