HOA undhau invidual houses ki ..adhi only for condos tonwhomes

As someone said if you are FT and expected to stay at least 5 years in the same place, I don't think there are any bigger risks. The comfort, pride and privacy you get outweigh all the risks. But don't buy the house in a hurry just because everyone is buying.

Apart from Job security the only difference what i know is..

For Florida - For H1's you don't get Homestead exemption of 25,000 per head (max 2 ) for Property tax. other than no differences for H1 to GC/EAD. Not sure any other states has this type of exemption.

nee intlo nuvu unte.. you will get certain % discount on ur property tax.. for example property tax 3% anuko.. you will get 0.5% discount .. so you only pay 2.5% property tax

texas lo homestead undi.. but no diff b/w H1b and GC
