How to avoid f2f interview

I am experienced .net professional,till recently I only attended phone interviews.now I am on bench and most of them require face to face interview.how many faced this and how did you overcome

Don't avoid f2f, ask for f2f for the first round itself .. So that u can avoid too many rounds and too much of grilling.
