DB has cache issues it seems after upgrade

1) Some times if i type something for a quote/reply, even after i close the tab open a new its still there.

2) Same case with posts too

3)  If we click on submit post after we put some content on new post text fields..

Screen hungs and posts the same post multiple times...

Pleas check...
