pls suggest me some Foods That Lower Blood Sugar. Maa mother ki recent ga sugar undani doctor gaadu cheppadu. so India lo untaru parents. Age 63. aa food tinalo konchem cheppandi. thanks all in advance. Nenu ikkada nunchi konni items emanna pampiddamani thinking. konchem sugar control avvadaniki ikkadanundi em pampalo kooda cheppandi. first start eating wheat..no rice at all

no oily foods no potatoes or starchy foods

more veggies/fruits/wholegrains are good. are all available in india.

baa brown rice tinacha ? asalu rice aa tinakoodada ?

brown rice tinochu. but not in regular quantities. brown rice kanna..cracked wheat(can cook like rice) is better

most importantly do exercise for 1/2hr.

1 tsp methi seeds ni 2 glasses water lo over night soak n strain in d mrng n have on empty stomach

Curry leaves on empty stomach

2 Pcs anjeer soak over night,discard water n eat in d mrng.. this boosts immunity too

Goduma rawa.. 1 cup rawa with 2cups water.. pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles n can b eaten with curry.. but vedi chestundi..need to have buttermilk compulsory
