Madi master planned community and good rated.. ma builder gaditho matlada few days back reg some warranty.. apudu chepthunde market chaala slow undani.. usual ga e time of the year lo chaala kontaru but chaala slow undi ippudu annadu.. and Monna oka Dallas ayana ma Intiki vachadu ayana aithe illu rate pafipoindi ani cheppafu some 30k padipoindi anta..

Your executive or dept head will ask you whether that open position REALLY needs to be filled.  They'll ask you for clarification on a purchase and whether it needs to be made now.  These are fair asks.  This is not personal.

 Asking doesn't necessarily mean no.  We ARE filling certain positions and we continue to hire.  We DO NOT want to damage our business.   

 AND, we are doing projects.  Significant ones - Gift Card replacement, Product Lifecycle Management, HR Systems Replacement (HCM), etc, etc.
