Calling All FTE's and FTE Aspirants... Spartan, all chex and others

please see the profile and suggest if its a good option to take it or not...

FT 1: 

job wise : Picha cool, manam edi cheptey adi, currently working here... (ey technology kavalanna try cheskovachu mana istam).. working with them for 3 months now (using 2016 now)

wfh : only 1 hr in office daily untey chalu.. 5 mins drive to home from office

location wise : close to dallas... and cheap in house rates also

compensation : currently 84 per hour, once converted 120K, 20K stocks, 25% bonus (18% guranteed), insurance dead seap 100 something per pay check(10K sign-on bonus, I asked for this inka talks going on)... looks like no 401K..

FT 2 (Contract to hire) :

job wise : don't know but position is Senior. Cube developer (most exciting piece to work on), and not in IT team but in the area of VP's, CDO, CIO etc., Suit compulsory everyday..

wfh: NO WFH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

location : SFO, CA

compensation : under contract 95 per hour, once converted after 6 months 145K per year... no stocks bonus 8-10%... 5% 401K full match after hiring..

FT 3:(Full time for an implementation partner for a big retailer)

job wise : don't know much, but will have to work with HDFS integration to SQL Server using Azure PDW / the Azure Datalake (new technologies).. (interesting feature is that we will start using 2016 right away)

wfh : Weekly one day or 2 based on work done.. have to co-ordinate with offshore team.

location : SFO , CA

compensation : 150K + bonus (2-4%) + insurance (costs telidu) + No stocks

veetillo if you are given a chance which one will you pick and why ani oka mukka cheppandi man... konni decisions teeskovaali... It's not that I will solely go with your decision but it will give me an idea of what people will think about having in full time opportunities...

Go with first option. Full time ante...cool ga unde job ayithene (naa opinion). Nee training classes ki kooda time untadhi..you can expand more.

I would suggest Dallas one, if you are a person who doesn't like big changes and moving around stick with Dallas position, although compared to SFO there is 20k difference, it will all go to rents. I would say stick to option one, as 120k+ benefits in Texas is a lot of money.
