already worked on PDW as well... now it is PDW 2.0 out there.. working currently with ODATA feeds to create tableau dashboards and so on man... from Informix and so on..

Option 1 bro .. FTE safe kada and more over i-140 EB2 lo approved kada ..so last lo you can convince them that is it already in EB2 so.

If you have more than 7 years of experience all three are waste. 140K + 15% Bonus + 20K RSU in Dallas, 160 + 15% + 30K RSU in Calif is what you need minimum to live comfortably. For some, EB2 and long term growth matters and you haven't mentioned in your original post.
